Casement Windows are a traditional window featured in older homes such as Federation and Edwardian-style properties, but they have easily adapted to modern styles of building and glazing.

Casement Windows open like doors and can be hinged either on the left or right. The design of timber Casement Windows makes them weather-tight when closed, but they also offer greater ventilation when open than other styles of windows such as Awning Windows or Double-Hung Windows. Casement Windows can be fitted with architectural Truth Hardware or traditional heritage fittings.
