Lift & Slide doors, stacking sliding doors and concealed hinge doors feature throughout, all crafted in Accoya timber, with Freedom retractable flyscreens fitted to keep the outdoors accessible without letting insects in.
Light reaches every corner of Cheshunt House, at every hour of the day. Fixed pane windows maximise the view and the light, while breezeway power louvres let the coastal breeze move through the home.
The choice of timber mattered as much as the design. Every window and door was crafted from Accoya, a modified timber renowned for its dimensional stability and durability in harsh conditions. Where salt, moisture and UV take their toll on most timbers, Accoya holds its ground, making it a natural fit for coastal joinery.
